IMPORTANT: Vector Finance Pvt Ltd (“Vector Finance”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Company”) owns and operates the digital lending platform vectorblink.com (“Website”, “Platform”) for providing lending and non-lending services. By accessing the Platform, registering, or using any part of the Platform, you (“User”, “You”, “Your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and all policies, disclaimers, and notices posted on the Website and Application.
If You do not agree to these Terms, You must immediately cease to use/access/download/install the Platform.
Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms, You represent that You are above 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent and are capable of entering into a legally binding contract as per Indian law. Services offered are intended for personal use and may be denied or terminated if You provide incorrect, incomplete, or false information.
Nature of Service
Vector Finance operates as an intermediary that facilitates the provision of loans, credit facilities, and value-added services by partnering with banks, NBFCs, and regulated lenders (“Lending Partners”). Vector Finance does not provide loans or credit directly.
Approval, terms, and disbursement of loans are solely at the discretion of Lending Partners. Vector Finance makes no guarantees regarding approval of any credit facility.
User Obligations
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide true, complete, and accurate information. Any updates or changes should be notified to Vector Finance promptly.
- Misuse, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized use of the Platform will result in termination and possible legal action.
- You must use the Platform for lawful purposes, shall not post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate material, and shall not introduce malicious software or interfere with Platform functionality.
Account Management
- Users must safeguard passwords and account details; any unauthorized usage must be reported immediately.
- Vector Finance is not responsible for unauthorized access due to negligence or sharing of account credentials by the User.
Platform Use License
Vector Finance grants You a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, lawful purposes only.
You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from the Platform without prior written consent.
Changes to Terms
Vector Finance reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Major changes may be notified via Platform notices, but Users are expected to regularly review the Terms.
Loan and Service Arrangements
Use of Lending Partner services through the Platform is governed by separate agreements executed between You and the respective Partner. Vector Finance is not liable for the acts/omissions of any Lending Partner.
All compliance, repayment, and KYC obligations under loan agreements are subject to the respective Lending Partner’s policies.
For disputes or grievances arising from loan arrangements, Users are advised to approach the Lending Partner directly.
Limitation of Liability
Vector Finance provides the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with no warranties as to accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation.
Vector Finance is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive damages or losses arising out of Platform use, loan applications, or partnership product/service arrangements.
Maximum aggregate liability of Vector Finance shall not exceed ₹500, except as required under law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vector Finance, directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or breach of third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
Vector Finance owns all rights to the Platform, content, icons, trademarks, and other intellectual property. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and legal action.
Force Majeure
Vector Finance will not be liable for delay or non-performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, acts of government, technical failures, civil issues.
Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
