RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme

If your complaint is not resolved within 30 days by Vector Finance Private Limited, you may escalate your complaint to the Reserve Bank of India’s Integrated Ombudsman Scheme (RB-IOS).

The RBI Ombudsman Scheme provides a free and independent mechanism for resolving complaints related to services provided by regulated entities including NBFCs.

How to File a Complaint with RBI Ombudsman

You can file a complaint with RBI Ombudsman through:

  • Online: Visit the RBI Complaint Management System (CMS) portal at cms.rbi.org.in
  • Phone: Call the toll-free number 14448
  • Email: Send an email to the RBI Ombudsman
  • Post: Send a written complaint to the RBI Ombudsman office

Eligibility for Filing Complaint

You can file a complaint with RBI Ombudsman if:

  • Your complaint has not been resolved by the company within 30 days
  • You are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the company
  • You have not received any response from the company
  • The complaint is related to services provided by the regulated entity

Before Filing with RBI Ombudsman

Before escalating your complaint to RBI Ombudsman, please ensure that:

  • You have first approached our Grievance Redressal Officer
  • You have given us at least 30 days to resolve your complaint
  • You have all relevant documents and correspondence related to your complaint
  • Your complaint is within the scope of the RBI Ombudsman Scheme
