Priyanka comes to us with over 16 years of experience in corporate governance and compliance. Her expertise in regulatory affairs will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our compliance practices. In her new role she will be responsible for handling the compliance management ensuring the regulatory requirements, support in conducting Board Meetings and managing our corporate records and documentation. Before joining us, she was the Compliance Manager at Baker Tilly Services Advisory Pvt Ltd. She also worked at Ganesh Grains Ltd, Texmaco Group, Kohinoor Group of Industries and, BMW Industries. She completed her CS from ICSI and B. Com from Sri Shikshayatan College.
Ranjan Gangopadhyay

Ranjan has an expertise in building relations, establishing business correspondent models with dynamic exposure to MFI business and operations. In his 26 years’ experience, he has been a key member of MFI retail and distribution and statergic. Previosuly with Bandhan bank, and had been associated with HDFC bank, Axis bank and Federal Bank. He holds a Post Graduate Degree from Jadavpur University.

Previously she was in Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd,where she showed her command in HR challenges and requirements.
Manoj Acharya

With over 17 years of distinguished experience in the microfinance and IT sectors, Manoj Acharya brings a wealth of expertise to Vector Finance Private Limited as Head of IT. His background includes strategic technology planning, IT operations management, and a proven track record in implementing advanced IT infrastructure solutions. Manoj is known for his decisive leadership style, adeptness in change management, and commitment to driving organizational success through innovative IT strategies. His leadership ensures seamless integration of technology with business objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency within the IT department. Before, joining in this organization, he was worked in ASA International India Microfinance Limited as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He also worked in Bandhan, Netware, Suva Information Technologies and other reputed organizations. He holds bachelor and master degree of Computer Science and Application.

Sumanta Bandyopadhyay

Sumanta Bandyopadhyay, a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in the BFSI sector, specializes in microfinance operations, monitoring, and control. With an MBA in Finance, he has managed substantial borrowing portfolios and institutional borrowings from various financial entities, including Banks and NBFCs. He has also led initiatives in fund raising and quality control at Vector Finance, ensuring effective portfolio monitoring and customer service through tele-calling team. He also worked at IndusInd Bank, managing a corporate lending portfolio, focusing on NBFC clients and various lending products. With his extensive background in financial operations and relationship management, he is well-equipped to drive strategic initiatives in the microfinance space.
Gargi Sen

With over 25 years of extensive experience in the financial sector, including a remarkable 8 years in the Microfinance Industry, Gargi Sen brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to her role. She holds an MBA in Finance from IMT Ghaziabad and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Law from NUJS, further complemented by a range of professional certifications in Finance domain.
Throughout her career, Gargi has held key leadership roles across Asset Management, Operations, Risk Management, Legal & Compliance, Financial Operations, and HR Management. Her noteworthy tenures at prominent institutions like UTI AMC, UTI-ITSL, and Karvy Fintech in the Mutual Fund sector reflect her deep expertise and commitment to the financial industry.
In the Microfinance domain, Gargi has previously contributed significantly through her roles as Assistant General Manager – Operations at ASA International and as Chief Coordinator at Jagaran Microfinance. Her diverse and impactful experience positions her as a valuable leader in both mainstream finance and microfinance, driving growth and operational excellence.
