Rahul Johri


Chairman

 

Rahul Johri is the Chairman of Vector Finance. He provides strategic direction and also represents the company with external stakeholders including the media, regulators and investors. Rahul has previously done senior leadership roles at Bandhan Bank, DBS Bank, Standard Chartered and ANZ Grindlays Bank in his 28 years career. He holds a B. Tech from IIT, Kharagpur and MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Prasanta K Sahu


COO

Prasanta is the Chief Operating Officer. He has a rich experience of 18+ years in Microfinance and related businesses. Prasanta was instrumental in the setting up of the Micro-finance business at Axis Bank and has worked with DFIs such as Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI). Prasanta completed his MBA from XIM, Bhubaneswar.

Ruchira Parshad

Director

Ruchira is a third generation entrepreneur involved in tea business & runs her own cultivations in Assam. She has core competencies in handling large scale labour intensive business wherein unskilled /semi-skilled workforce are involved. Her expertise can be used to manage businesses, like microfinance, wherein large number of workforce is involved.

Dhiraj Bhutoria

Dhiraj is having seasoned experience in capital and securities market of more than 20 years. He is a CA and CS by field of education.

Anindya Paulchaudhur


Non- Executive Director

Anindya Paulchaudhuri is a seasoned Wealth Management professional with over two decades of leadership experience in multinational banks. For the past five years, he has been an entrepreneur, serving as Group CEO & Co-Founder of WealthApp Group, which today manages 1,500+ client families across the globe and has a presence in 9 Indian cities. An alumnus of executive programs at IIM Calcutta and IIM Bangalore, Anindya is also a Rotarian, acclaimed public speaker, quizmaster, debater, and avid golfer.
